Job Description
Buildnet now seeks to recruit passionate, skilled and innovative Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through effective promotion and sale of the company’s real estate products.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Leading, supervising, and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring team performance against set objectives.
- Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the company’s customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Overseeing property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
- Coaching and mentoring sales staff to improve productivity and skills.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
