Sales Manager (Schools Sales and Partnerships) job at Swift Minds

Swift Minds

As Sales Manager (Schools Sales and Partnerships), you will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating and delivering sales targets given by the business to the schools and other educational institutions. You will play a unique role that involves developing and implementing initiatives targeted at schools to promote and enhance the company's sales, products and brand awareness among students, teachers, and parents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Partnerships with Schools

  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools to create partnerships and collaborative programs

  • Negotiate and coordinate sponsorship opportunities for school events and activities

  • Develop educational programs that align with the curriculum and benefit both students and teachers

  • Integrate the company's products into educational materials or create special programs that showcase programs and their relevance in the learning environment


Branding and awareness

  • Implement strategies to increase brand awareness within the school community Organize events, workshops, or seminars to educate students teachers, and parents about the company's products and values


Compliance and Ethical Consideration

  • Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities comply with ethical standards and regulations especially when targeting a younger audience in primary and secondary schools Product Placement and Sampling

  • Plan and execute product placement within school premises such as in cafeterias and canteens

  • Coordinate product sampling campaigns to allow students teachers, and parents to experience our products firsthand

  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns specifically targeting learning institutions


Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets

  • Create marketing campaigns tailored for the education that will ensure that our products remain at the top of mind for shoppers and students.


Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand the preferences and needs of the school demographic

  • Use insights to tailor marketing strategies and product offerings to better meet the demands of the school market

  • Analyze competitor products and strategies to determine market trends


Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools such as the headteachers and administrators

  • Attend education conferences and events to network and generate leads


Product Knowledge

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the different products that we sell in the schools and institutions

  • Provide training to school staff on the features and benefits of the different we offer to schools

  • Sales Presentation Conduct compelling and informative presentations to showcase how the different products of Nice House of Plastics meet the need of the different schools and learning institutions.

  • Customize presentations based on the specific requirements of each learning institutions


Budget Management

  • Work with the finance department to develop budgets for schools and learning institutions programs

  • Manage the budget allocated for school programs, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve the business sales agenda.


Evaluation and Reporting

  • Monitor the success of the different school activities through evaluating KPIs and activity ROI

  • Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of school initiatives and of school initiatives and make recommendations for improvements

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and Challenges in different learning institutions to the business

  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer preferences


Customer Support

  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns raised by the different schools and learning institutions

  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing or related field

  • 5 years proven experience in sales preferably in education sector
