Job Summary:
Our Client is the leading online casino committed to providing exceptional crash gaming experiences. They are expanding their team and seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales and customer acquisition efforts.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and affiliates.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience as a Sales expert or similar role in the betting, gaming, or entertainment industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strategic thinker with a good understanding of the Ugandan betting market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
