Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Organisation: Jude Color Solutions
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary: A senior leadership role for a strategic, hands-on leader to drive commercial growth overseeing B2B sales, sales operations and digital marketing.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategy.
Lead and motivate sales and marketing teams.
Grow revenue and expand client base.
Track market trends to stay competitive.
Maintain key client and partner
relationships.
Manage departmental budgets for strong
Return On Investments.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
5+ years in Sales & Marketing (4+ in leadership).
Proven record in B2B sales growth.
Experience in branding, printing of advertising is a plus.
Strategic thinker with data driven approach.
Excellent communicator and negotiator.
Proficient in CRM & digital marketing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
