Job Description
The Sales Executives will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, identifying new clients, and closing sales deals while maintaining excellent customer service. They will conduct property viewings, provide detailed property information, and work with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies. Additionally, they will monitor real estate market trends in Abuja and Enugu, prepare sales reports, and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new clients for property sales.
Promote and sell properties to both individual and corporate buyers.
Conduct property viewings, site inspections, and virtual tours.
Provide accurate information on properties, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to generate leads.
Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
2–8 years’ experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing.
Knowledge of the Abuja and Enugu real estate markets is an advantage.
