Job Description

sales executives play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and profitability for a company by effectively selling its products or services to customers.

Their responsibilities encompass various tasks throughout the sales process, from prospecting and relationship-building to negotiation and closing deals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying Prospects: Researching and identifying potential customers or clients who may be interested in the company's products or services. This involves prospecting through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

  • Building Relationships: Developing and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behavior. Building rapport and trust with customers to establish long-term relationships and increase customer loyalty.

  • Understanding Products or Services: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages. Understanding how the products or services meet the needs of customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting sales presentations, demonstrations, and product/service trials to showcase the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings. Customizing presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each prospect.

  • Negotiating Deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close sales and secure commitments. Handling objections, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise during the negotiation process.

  • Closing Sales: Closing deals and finalizing contracts with customers to generate revenue for the company. Following up with prospects to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the implementation or delivery of products or services.

  • Degree in Sales and Marketing

  • 0-1 year of experience

  • Trainable and flexible
