Job Description
Apex Tax and Accounting School is seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. The role involves promoting and selling the school’s products and services, including professional programs like CPA Uganda, CTA, Tax Practitioners Courses, QuickBooks, and Tally training (installation and sales). The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving the business forward by identifying and converting potential leads into clients.

How to Apply
Sales and Business Development:
Actively promote and sell the school’s programs and training services to prospective clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify potential markets and generate leads through various channels.
Client Engagement and Support:
Respond promptly to client inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions.
Provide accurate and timely information about the courses, including pricing and benefits.
Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
Participate in networking events and exhibitions to expand the school’s reach.
Use social media platforms and other digital channels to market courses and training services.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Administration Manager.
Monitor and track sales performance to ensure alignment with set targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to suggest improvements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage client data and maintain a detailed CRM system.
Follow up on sales prospects and ensure timely communication with clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales, preferably in education or training services, is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
