Job Description
Solvo Global is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our on-site sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys high-volume outbound prospecting.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and pipeline development.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on the ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
- Handle objections and build rapport with prospects
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs
- Execute structured outreach campaigns
