Job Description
The Sales Assistant will support the Commercial Department in driving sales, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role involves sales execution, client relationship management, administrative support, and field activities.
Job Dimensions
- Geographical Scope: Nationwide (Uganda)
- Stakeholder Interaction:
- Internal: Production, HR, Operations, Customer Service, IT, Sales
- External: Schools, Financial Institutions, NGOs, Government Parastatals, Supermarkets, Health Institutions
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist in prospecting, lead generation, and sales execution alongside the Channel Lead and sales team across various channels.
- Client Engagement: Demonstrate products, deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Administrative Duties: Update sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM; prepare periodic daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Departmental Contribution: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental objectives.
