Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for executing marketing and sales strategies to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics. The role involves client relationship management, territory planning, organizing promotional activities, and providing feedback on market trends and competitor activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or science, with experience in the pharmaceutical sector, and a strong passion for healthcare sales.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and market pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
Develop and implement territory-specific business plans to meet sales targets.
Provide detailed and accurate product information to healthcare professionals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report findings.
Organize and participate in product promotions, training sessions, and meetings.
Prepare and submit timely weekly/monthly reports and customer feedback to the supervisor.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Desirable Skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Prior experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or therapeutic areas.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage territory effectively.
