Job Opportunity: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Uganda
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities
Set and monitor sales targets in line with company goals
Manage and lead a team of sales personnel, ensuring performance and productivity
Foster strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment in execution
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
