Job Description
Join Our Team at Noon Hotel Apartments, Kampala!
Noon Hotel Apartments, a premier luxury destination in Kampala, Uganda, seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue and brand visibility.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise with the general manager in designing and implementing price and package strategies for the hotel apartments.
- Strategize and optimize the hotels online presence and promotion in the field
- Devise promotion and marketing strategies to boost the sales for the Hotel’s apartments bookings and sales of services
- Submit weekly sales and marketing activity report to the general manager
- Proactively monitor the hotels profile on various social media platforms to ensure timely responses are posted
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing and content marketing .
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Look for opportunity where the company can increase its exposure through any events, magazines, print media, or online media that can be considered by management.
- Ensure brand adherence and quality of all online content and any branded print materials.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns
- Oversee public relations activities to enhance the company’s public image and look for opportunities for potential collaboration or business development.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, and other third party industry influencers
- Participate in marketing events and trade shows to increase brand awareness and in turn the company sales
- Strategically promote the hotel’s guest services such as conference room, business center, laundry services, restaurants etc
- Handle any other duties assigned to you by management in line with the job title
