Salam TV is looking for a dedicated Account manager to join our team. As an account manager, you will be responsible for selling advertising slots and sponsorship opportunities on Salam TV to businesses and organizations. You will identify potential clients, build relationships, and pitch tailored advertising solutions to meet their marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients in the media industry
Negotiating contracts and pricing for salam tv's products and services, such as video streaming, live broadcasting, and content creation
Providing technical and creative support to clients and ensuring their satisfaction with sala tv's solutions
Identifying new opportunities and generating leads for salam tv's sales team
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to provide feedback and insights from the market
Reporting on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with the media landscape in Uganda is a plus.
