Job Description
Job Title: Sacco Manager
Organisation: National Drug Authority (NDA) STAFF SACCO Limited
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
The SACCO Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the SACCO, ensuring efficient management of resources, compliance with financial regulations, and delivery of excellent member services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, staff supervision, financial oversight, and driving the growth and sustainability of the SACCO.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Possession of relevant professional qualifications, such as: CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
Experience
At least three (3) years’ experience in the area of financial management in a SACCO or a reputable organization.
Practical experience in the field of Management and Administration of SACCOs or any reputable organization(s)
