About the Role:
Dstrkt24 Kampala is hiring energetic and reliable Runners to support its front-of-house team in delivering fast, efficient, and high-quality service to guests. As a Runner, you will act as the key link between the kitchen and service team, ensuring food and beverages are delivered quickly and accurately.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Quickly and accurately deliver food and drinks from the kitchen or bar to guests
Assist waitstaff by clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
Ensure orders are complete and presented according to company standards
Communicate any delays or issues between kitchen staff and servers
Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
Support the overall flow of service during busy hours
Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum O-Level certificate
Previous experience in a hospitality role is an advantage but not mandatory
Physically fit with the ability to stand and move quickly for long periods
Good communication and teamwork skills
Professional and presentable appearance
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
