Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Risk Management, Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or FMCG environments.
Proficient in incident documentation, regulatory compliance, and reporting.
Solid understanding of risk and compliance frameworks and standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
