Job Summary: The Graduate Trainee Program provides recent graduates with structured, hands‑on training in microfinance operations. The role is intended to build practical skills and professional competence through exposure to key areas such as customer service, credit processes, and branch support, under the guidance of experienced staff.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify potential clients and promote the institution’s financial products and services.
- Support loan application processes including client assessment, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Conduct client visits and field activities to monitor loan utilization and repayment.
- Assist in credit analysis and risk assessment of prospective clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Support branch operations and administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to achieving branch performance targets and portfolio growth.
