The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the medical centre, ensuring efficient service delivery, staff coordination, and high standards of patient care.

- Oversee daily operations across all facilities.
- Supervise staff and ensure effective performance management.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Manage facility resources, logistics, and supplies.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve efficiency.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve operational issues.
