How to Apply
Drive growth in Custodial and Investor Services by supporting business development initiatives.
Manage Custodial & Investor Services platforms including Igor, INNOVA, Central Securities Depository (CSD), and ATS.
Ensure accurate execution of Corporate Actions such as Dividends, Coupons, Rights Issues, Proxies, Redemptions, and Announcements.
Execute Investor Services requests promptly to maximize revenue generation.
Oversee timely and precise execution of Custodial & Investor Services instructions daily, maintaining zero failed trades.
Reconcile client holdings with depositories, prepare investment reports, and escalate exceptions for resolution.
Accurately bill custody clients, maintain debtors’ registers, and collect custody fees and trading income, reporting monthly to the Manager.
Support deposit mobilization by maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders like Fintech firms and Fund Managers.
Submit accurate monthly tax data to Finance and obtain tax certificates for deposit investments.
Complete trade and clean cash settlements daily with accuracy and timeliness.
Process all applicable fees (URBRA, USE, Brokerage, Sub-custodian fees) promptly.
Minimize escalations and interest claims, responding to queries within agreed service levels.
Prepare client Board reports on time for submission to the Line Manager.
Ensure accurate account openings across BP, SCA Level in INNOVA, ATS, PDSG, NSE, and IGOR platforms.
Assist in preparing process documentation, procedures, and product training materials.
Promote risk awareness and best practices to prevent losses, fraud, errors, and market penalties related to settlements and operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Investments, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Investments, Banking, or related discipline is an advantage.
