Specific responsibilities include:

• Maintain relationships with youth and women in Business and ensure that services delivered meet client expectations.
• Assess credit requests, in line with the bank’s credit standards, policies, procedures, and practices and recommend action to the credit department and committee.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Carry out activities that enhance and promote good public relations and image by giving efficient services to youth and women in Business.
• Perform, promote, and maintain the highest standards of customer service in order to maximize returns from existing from existing relationships.
• Implement, and administer business growth programs as necessary to maximize personal banking profitable sales of all bank products & services. This would include developing direct customer contact and relationships with youth and women in Business.
• Develop, implement, and administer sales programs as necessary to maximize contribution of the youth and women in Business to the Bank’s B/S and P&L.
• Carry out sales visits to existing & potential youth and women in business and identify sales leads and report.
• Responsible for sales growth in the various product portfolios by organizing and conducting sales campaigns.
• Maintain and update information on the Bank’s products or services (work closely with marketing, distribution, and institutional banking sections of the bank).
