Job Description
The Relationship Manager youth and women will report to the Manager Microfinance & Group Banking will be accountable for developing youth and women in Business and offering them banking and financial advisory & for achieving sales performance against targets for the youth & women in the Business segment, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements & product mix development.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include:
- Maintain relationships with youth and women in Business and ensure that services delivered meet client expectations.
- Assess credit requests, in line with the bank’s credit standards, policies, procedures, and practices and recommend action to the credit department and committee.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Carry out activities that enhance and promote good public relations and image by giving efficient services to youth and women in Business.
- Perform, promote, and maintain the highest standards of customer service in order to maximize returns from existing from existing relationships.
- Implement, and administer business growth programs as necessary to maximize personal banking profitable sales of all bank products & services. This would include developing direct customer contact and relationships with youth and women in Business.
- Develop, implement, and administer sales programs as necessary to maximize contribution of the youth and women in Business to the Bank’s B/S and P&L.
- Carry out sales visits to existing & potential youth and women in business and identify sales leads and report.
- Responsible for sales growth in the various product portfolios by organizing and conducting sales campaigns.
- Maintain and update information on the Bank’s products or services (work closely with marketing, distribution, and institutional banking sections of the bank).
