For our operations there, we are looking for a: Procurement Officer
Are you a dynamic individual with exceptional negotiating skills and a passion for creativity? Royal Van Zanten, a leader in the horticulture industry, is seeking a talented Procurement Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality products that meet our operational needs. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be vital in identifying innovative solutions that enhance our supply chain and procurement processes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal terms and conditions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand procurement needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Monitor and analyse supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements.
