A master's degree in social sciences, development studies, gender studies, or a related field

At least five years of experience in project management, preferably in the areas of women's rights, gender-based violence, peacebuilding, or humanitarian response

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience in working with diverse stakeholders, including civil society organizations, donors, government agencies, and international organizations

Willingness to travel frequently within the region and occasionally outside the region
