Job Description
The Regional Customer Care Officer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting client onboarding, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also contributes to business growth by generating leads and gathering valuable customer feedback.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly support via phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
- Onboard customers and help them understand our services and credit reports.
- Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines.
- Ensure data privacy and maintain accurate records.
- Collect feedback, prepare reports, and run service surveys.
- Collaborate with teams and generate leads to support growth.
