Job Description
AEE-U is inviting qualified and committed Christian professionals to apply for the following positions:
The National Coordinator will provide strategic leadership and overall oversight of AEE-U programmes and operations in Uganda. The role involves ensuring effective implementation of ministry activities, strengthening partnerships, mobilizing resources, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and Christian values.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all AEE-U programmes in Uganda
- Oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects
- Represent AEE-U in partnerships with churches, donors, government, and stakeholders
- Lead resource mobilization and fundraising initiatives
- Ensure financial stewardship and accountability in collaboration with the finance team
- Supervise and mentor programme and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with AEE international standards and national regulations
- Promote AEE’s mission, vision, and Christian ethos across all operations
