Job Description
The Patient Care Guide will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and supportive hospital environment. The role focuses on guiding patients through hospital processes, enhancing patient experience, and maintaining an orderly reception area.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome patients and guests.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services.
- Manage queues and waiting areas to ensure patients a promptly attended to.
- Monitor reception area keep it clean and organized.
