Job Description
Develop repayment schedules, propose restructures, and advise clients on alternative repayment options.
Provide legal advice on structuring credit facilities, complex lending transactions, and mitigate legal risks.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute pre-delinquency measures and maximize collections to maintain portfolio quality.
- Assess delinquency reasons and implement restructuring or solutioning timely.
- Perform portfolio monitoring, site visits, and periodic reviews to manage delinquency.
- Develop repayment schedules, propose restructures, and advise clients on alternative repayment options.
- Provide legal advice on structuring credit facilities, complex lending transactions, and mitigate legal risks.
- Support insurance claims, debt recovery, and oversee debts written-off recovery efforts.
- Act as primary legal contact for credit matters with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic reports, attend recovery meetings, and provide strategic legal insights.
- Any other duties as assigned.
