Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment for visitors and callers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a tidy, presentable reception space
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with security procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Liaise with internal departments to relay messages and coordinate requests
- Order and manage office supplies inventory
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
