Job Description
Prime Gate Developers Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, contract administration, and financial aspects of our construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Manage project budgets and cost control processes
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor payments and variations
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
- Monitor project financial performance and report on cost status
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
- Support procurement and project teams with cost-related inputs
