Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of cleaned areas to verify standards are met
- Observe cleaning staff and monitor use of chemicals, equipment, and procedures
- Detect quality issues, defects, or deviations and document them thoroughly
- Collect data on inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for management
- Collaborate to investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with clients to discuss cleaning issues and ensure satisfaction
- Provide feedback and coaching to cleaning staff on proper techniques
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulations
