Assist the Quality Assurance Manager & QA supervisor in provision of leadership and strategy in line with company strategic objectives.

Evaluate adequacy of quality and food safety standards under QA supervisor supervision

Implementation of integrated management system by covering QMS and FSMS standards

Plan, Develop and execution of internal training program for the department in collaboration with QA supervisor

Assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor to review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.

Assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor in investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues

Assist QA supervisor to collect and compile statistical quality data; analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality assurance system

Assist QA supervisor to prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality assurance activities

Support on-site audits conducted by external/third party auditors, evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

Assist QA supervisor/HSE officer to ensure compliance with occupational health safety and environment regulatory requirements

Assist QA supervisor for managing and maintaining data bases and documents for all management systems, including quality and food safety management systems

Report the status of the quality levels of staff, systems and production activities.
