Quality Assurance Officer – 9 Positions Job at Rene Industries

Job Description
We are seeking 9 Quality Assurance Officers to support and maintain the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System (PQMS) in compliance with GMP, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. The role is critical in ensuring that products are consistently manufactured and controlled to the highest quality standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Systems & Compliance
- Support implementation and maintenance of the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System (PQMS).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
- Participate in internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews.
Documentation & Record Control
- Review, approve, and manage controlled documents including SOPs, batch records, and quality manuals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards.
Deviation, CAPA & Change Control
- Support investigation of deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
- Assist in implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Participate in change control processes to maintain product quality and compliance.
Batch Release & Quality Oversight
- Review batch manufacturing and packaging records prior to release.
- Ensure only compliant products are released to the market.
Training & Continuous Improvement
- Support GMP and quality-related training for staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function.
