Job Description
The Quality Analyst monitors critical quality parameters across receiving, in-process, and finished product stages; executes inspections, sampling, and testing; maintains HACCP/ISO and food safety management system documentation; investigates non-conformities, recommends CAPAs, and verifies effectiveness; collaborates with production to stabilize processes and uphold specifications; and trains staff on quality procedures and good manufacturing practices.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and record quality parameters throughout noodles production.
Inspect raw materials, WIP, and finished goods against specifications.
Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO and food safety management systems.
Lead/participate in investigations; issue and track corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Work with production teams to resolve deviations and sustain process capability.
Prepare, control, and archive quality documentation, test reports, and logs.
Train line staff on quality control procedures, hygiene, and food safety best practices.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Science/Food Technology or related field.
2–3 years in food manufacturing; proven exposure to snacks, seasoning, and noodles production.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative on the production floor.
