About the Role
MOGO Uganda is seeking a Quality Analyst – Customer Experience to help elevate the standard of service in our Vehicles Department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure compliance with service quality standards.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with the Quality & Training Supervisor to implement quality enhancement and training initiatives.
Provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on customer experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in quality assurance or customer service is a plus.
