Job Title: Purchase Manager

The Purchase Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services required for the efficient operation of the hotel. The role ensures quality, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and compliance with Sarovar Hotels’ procurement policies. The Purchase Manager also plays a key role in vendor management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
