As a Public Area Attendant at K Hotel, your role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas within the facility. You’ll ensure that these spaces are welcoming and presentable for guests, visitors, and employees.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Keep all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators, free from dust, debris, and litter.
Replenish supplies in restrooms (such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels) to maintain hygiene standards.
Sanitize high-touch surfaces like door handles and light switches regularly.
Guest Interaction:
Respond courteously and promptly to guest inquiries or concerns regarding public spaces.
Report any maintenance issues or damages in public areas for immediate repair.
Equipment Operation:
Operate cleaning machinery (such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and carpet cleaners) to maintain floors and carpets.
Arrange furniture in public areas according to establishment standards for guest comfort and safety.
External Areas:
Monitor and clean external public areas (entrances, patios, walkways) to ensure they are welcoming and safe.
