As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial performance of assigned rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, a deep understanding of the rental market, and proven expertise in maintaining positive tenant relationships.

Tenant Relations:
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
Conduct regular communication with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Leasing and Marketing:
Market vacant units effectively to minimize vacancies and maximize rental income.
Screen potential tenants, conduct property showings, and negotiate lease agreements.
Property Maintenance:
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and expense control.
Generate financial reports for property owners, providing insights into property performance.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about local and state housing regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
Handle legal matters related to tenant issues, evictions, and property inspections.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Hire and manage contractors for maintenance and repair work.
Negotiate service contracts and ensure vendors meet performance expectations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, specifically in managing rental properties.
