Excel Construction Ltd. seeks Project Managers. Reporting to the Director - Projects, the incumbent will be responsible for:
Supervision of Building works
Man-Power management
Quality and Value management Budgeting for materials
Preparation of Material Requirement Schedules
Preparation of budget for various activities in the project. Preparation / collection of BOQ based on actual drawings
Preparing material requirement schedule, Checking material indent raised from site
Preparation of monthly material reconciliation report for each site
Responsible for collection of monthly progress reports and preparation of MIS report for each site.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in either Building or Civil Engineering
with at least 5 years of relevant working experience and 3 years or more as a Project Manager in a construction company.
