Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Program Manager, the role provides overall programmatic and operational lead and management including planning, implementation, capacity enhancement, monitoring/evaluation and reporting for Save the Children projects in Kasese.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination and implementation of projects across the operational area in line with project designs and donor requirements
- Create and sustain positive working relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate district level engagements with partners and key stakeholders
- Monitor and ensure timely and quality reports are submitted per project reporting requirements
- Provide district level lead in planning, development of detailed implementation plans and phased budgets
- Oversee implementation and budget performance in line with program plans and budgets
- Manage the Program budget in coordination with the regional and country office finance teams
- Prepare timely and high-quality progress and end of project narrative and financial reports
