Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Segment the client base (active, dormant, churned, at risk, high value)
- Build baseline figures covering repeat behaviour, dormancy and reactivation
- Design and run reactivation programmes for dormant and churned clients
- Build repeat journeys helping first-time borrowers take second and third loans
- Create adoption messaging for savings, multi-term loans and new products
- Grow loyalty communities like NumiQueens as retention infrastructure
- Manage lifecycle messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app channels
- Write clear, short, human copy that sounds like a partner talking to a business owner
- Run control groups to measure what actually worked
- Maintain a regular cohort view for the team
- Maintain a working playbook, vendor list, and records of campaigns and results
