Job Description
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules, and maintain efficiency, safety, and quality standards. The role involves supervising production staff, managing materials, and ensuring accurate documentation of production processes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan daily production schedule
- Allocate duties to the production staff
- Account for all production worksheets
- Do stock take for raw materials and work in progress
- Ensure receipting of all the filled finished product is done.
- Advise on manpower and other resource requirement for the production department
- Ensure safety and health
- Perform any duties as may be assigned
