Job Description
Located at China Centre (along Ngong Road), The Luton Hospital is a highly reputable and trusted Level 4 private medical service provider known for its quality specialist health care.
The Procurement Officer will support Pharmacy efficiency by ensuring 100% fill rate and managing optimal Pharmaceutical inventory levels through effective cost management and procurement policies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- To support Pharmacy efficiency by ensuring 100% fill rate.
- To manage optimal Pharmaceutical inventory levels.
- Plan the procure-to-pay processes for Pharmaceuticals in conjunction with Payables accountant.
- Cost management through implementation of procurement policies. • Team work with procurement team..
- Assist the procurement manager drive strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work closely with Pharmaceutical and inventory teams to support service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in supplier prequalification and tendering processes.
