Job Description
RFH Healthcare is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead its supply chain operations. The role involves developing procurement plans, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective acquisition of clinical and administrative supplies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement plans, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze expenditure and implement cost-control strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the tendering process, including prequalification, RFP preparation, evaluation, and contract award.
- Supervise and support the procurement team to ensure efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Utilize ERP and e-procurement systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
