Job Description
Position: Procurement Associate
Location: Kampala | Full-time
Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to oversee the purchasing and inventory process. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring high-quality ingredients, kitchen supplies, and other necessary materials for daily operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
Ensure timely procurement of quality goods and services.
Track inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to meet operational needs.
Monitor market trends and source cost-effective options.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
