Job Description
Participate in a Learnership programme in order to maximise individual and organisational development, through the execution of predefined internship objectives in the procurement function
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver improved Customer Experience Framework
- Achieve 90% of the Procurement SLA
- Ensure weekly, SGC deal report requirement are submitted on time when required
- Process and issue RFPs/RFQs within 3 working days from the receipt date
- Ensure that assigned catalogue items contracted and catalogues uploaded in SAP
- Engage LPO vendors for timely delivery
- Handle and resolve all Customer help desk inquires daily
- Revenue growth and cost savings
- 5% of savings against CAPEX and OPEX
- Drive 100% utilization of the Coupa and Owari Systems
- Drive an efficient Operating model with cost savings
- Support with Supplier Prequalification of vendor exercise
- Prepare RFPs, send out invitations and carry out evaluations for contracted services
- Update the procurement fulfilment tracker with daily requests from the users or Business areas.
- Share biweekly Procurement & Fulfilment Tracker with Requestors
- Drive personal development goals and employee experience
- Achieve 99% 4DX weekly commitment(s)
- Quarterly performance management discussion with Line Manager
- Attend all the induction trainings and any procurement related online meetings
- 80% enrollment & use of Procurement Academy
- 100% completion of mandatory trainings before due date
