Job Description
The Employee Banking Interns will serve as foot soldiers for marketing salary loans, increasing awareness and disbursements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Market and promote salary loans and other employee banking products to target institutions and individuals.
- Conduct field visits to organizations and workplaces to create awareness of Finance Trust Bank’s employee banking services.
- Support customer onboarding, including opening accounts and guiding clients through loan application processes.
- Collect and verify basic client information and documentation in line with bank procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and disbursements.
- Provide basic customer service and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Support branch staff in achieving employee banking and sales targets.
- Uphold the Bank’s values, customer service standards, and compliance requirements at all times.
