Attach a recent passport photo and fill it in triplicate; attach detailed curriculum vitae with copies of academic certificates and testimonials to the undersigned not later than 5.00 pm on Friday, 29th November 2024.

Academic Qualifications and Experience

  • Applicants should hold an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management or a degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies or Business Administration with Human Resource Management as a module.

  • Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

  • Master's Degree in Management Studies, Public Administration, Human Resource

  • Management or Business Administration

  • Must have at least 10 years progressive experience in managing human resources, three

  • (3) of which must have been obtained at senior level.

  • Professional certification in Human Resources from a recognised institution is an added advantage.

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in talent acquisition and change management, salary and benefits development and reviews, data retrieval and analysis.
