How to Apply

  • Maintain a well-organized Executive Office, including meeting arrangements, document filing, and ensuring the availability of office supplies and refreshments.

  • Manage the Executive Team’s calendars, schedule meetings, and screen incoming visitors.

  • Coordinate travel logistics for the Executive Office and maintain up-to-date travel itineraries.

  • Prepare the Executives for engagements and manage both paper and electronic correspondence.

  • Draft, distribute, and maintain minutes of meetings.

  • Prepare correspondence and reports as assigned by the Executive Director.

  • Serve as a liaison between the Executives and both internal staff and external stakeholders.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence addressed to the Executive Office.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or Administration.


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in executive office administration, preferably in a financial institution.

  • High levels of integrity and confidentiality

  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
