Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked products
- Develop new dessert menus and seasonal offerings
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Manage ingredient stock levels and ensure proper storage
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Monitor production schedules to meet service demands
- Stay updated with modern baking techniques and industry trends
