Job Description
As a Part-Time Technical Support Consultant at iStore Stellenbosch, you will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction through expert support. Your core responsibility will be to offer top-notch troubleshooting and technical assistance to customers on Apple products. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform software support functions, and guide users in the effective use of their devices. Beyond technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills will be essential, as the role requires a balance of problem-solving and customer engagement. You’ll also be expected to deliver professional training and create a high-value customer service experience aligned with the Apple brand.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to iStore customers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple hardware and software
Offer customer training and assistance in product usage
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
Ensure accurate diagnosis and solution of customer concerns
Deliver consistent, high-quality service in line with brand expectations
Adapt quickly to evolving customer needs and product changes
Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements:
Completed Matric
IT qualification (minimum A+ / N+ certification)
Experience in Helpdesk or 1st Line Support
