Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the engineering practices across portfolio delivery teams, ensuring the maturity of Software, Quality, Change & Release, and DevOps engineering practices. Responsibilities include directing system capabilities, managing priorities and resources, and delivering solutions that align with enterprise standards. The role involves close collaboration with Release Train Engineers (RTE) and Scrum Masters, providing governance, standards, and best practice input. The Lead will manage two teams (5 to 12 members each) and ensure full lifecycle software development practices, stakeholder engagement, and the integration of new technologies such as GenAI, Microsoft Azure, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Degree in Information Technology or related field.


Experience:

  • 8–10 years of proven leadership in agile technical team environments.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a senior manager leading portfolios of 10+ technical experts.

  • 10+ years’ experience in full lifecycle software design and development.

  • 10+ years’ experience working with cross-functional teams and senior executives.

  • Exposure to GenAI, Microsoft Azure, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
